Once a service has been completed, refunds are not available for the service itself. However, any spare parts used during the service are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer for a replacement or repair.

Since we do not control the quality of spare parts supplied by manufacturers, we strictly adhere to their warranty policies.

2. Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel a service, please inform us at least 3 to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to manage our operations efficiently.

Late cancellations may be subject to a nominal fee to cover travel and operational expenses. Our technicians travel from one location to another, and last-minute cancellations result in unnecessary resource wastage.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

3. Applicability to All Home Appliances

This refund and cancellation policy applies to all home appliances we service, including washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, and more. The same terms apply to every service we provide.
